Thai bodyworker, Christopher Ray and Kate Lewandowski share the physical and mental tools they use to release
tension from their own bodies, focusing on energy points in the hips, back, neck, and shoulders. This is a very fun, active,
"hands-on" workshop using balls, sticks, and other tools to get into tight areas of your own body. The techniques are designed to help you release tension and pain, and provide you with more energy, range of motion, a lighter, centered feeling, and a bigger smile. Remember: aches and pains are optional! Open to everyone; no previous massage experience needed.
