Nathalie Le Breton
Nathalie grew up in the south west of France where she developed a
strong interest in philosophy and spirituality very early in life.
She met her first spiritual teacher when she was 14 years old and
was introduced to a blend of eastern and western spirituality while
walking through the deep forest of the Basque Country and sipping
tea by candlelight in a secluded farm in the Pyrenees Mountains. She
moved to the United States at age 23, not exactly sure of what to
expect from her new journey. For 5 years those early teachings took
the back seat to several odd jobs and the discovery of a new country.
However, when she attended her first Yoga Class at the Sivananda Yoga
Center in Chicago, she felt right back at home. The teachings started
to flow again…eager to learn more Nathalie became certified by the
International Sivananda Yoga Center in New York and a few years later
by Moksha Yoga Center in Chicago. In 2000 Nathalie met Gary Kraftsow
from the American Viniyoga Institute and knew from the very first
moment she met him that he would be her 2nd spiritual teacher. She
is currently enrolled in his 2002-2004 Teacher Training Program and
through his guidance, has been able to find her own individual path
within the Yoga Tradition. She uses Yoga in her life and teaching
as a tool to explore and understand the complexities and uniqueness
of one’s body, mind and spirit. Through her teachings, Nathalie shares
the knowledge and the opportunity to truly transform and become joyous,
authentic and fully alive. |
