Brooks is a certified yoga teacher, and has been practicing yoga since childhood. She is committed to constant learning through life experience, meditation, yoga practice and teaching, volunteer yoga teaching, yoga workshops, yoga teacher trainings… She is grateful to her teachers. And she is passionate about plant-based raw foods, nature, and bunnies
